Custom DSM System Expansion Joints a Model Fit for Modular Aluminum Bleachers

The JACKRABBITS have joined company of hundreds of other teams enjoying trouble-free, watertight stadium expansion joints.

Custom-90’s in our DSM System were installed into the treads and risers of the new Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium at South Dakota State University.

Unique to this stadium was the use of an all-aluminum, modular bleacher system. EMSEAL worked with the manufacturer to design substrates to receive the DSM System.

Custom-90's make stadium expansion joint sealing easy to execute while ensuring continuity of seal through tread and riser plane changes.

Pre-sale quality assurance through careful collaboration between the designer, bleacher manufacturer, contractors and EMSEAL ensured the right sized product is ordered. Custom 90’s for each tread/riser were factory-fabricated to field dimensions. Each piece was labeled and laid out in the field at its specific location.

Installation is a methodical, quick, and deliberate process. No time is wasted to cutting, bending, gluing, welding or otherwise field manufacturing direction changes and underscores the value of specifying and installing factory-fabricated expansion joint transitions.

Non-invasive anchoring eliminates the time, and avoids violating the substrates, of drilling and screwing in anchors.
