A seismic building expansion joint system for interior and exterior walls and ceilings, Wabo®WeatherSeam is weather resistant and installed flushed with the finished substrates. Provided in joint widths up to 24″ wide to accommodate seismic joint openings.

WeatherSeam is easily installed and accommodates thermal and multidirectional seismic movement.

Attractive in design the colorable elastomeric seals cover the supporting aluminum frame resulting in no-to-low exposed metal (varies based on product size).

Secondary moisture barriers are available to inhibit the passage of exterior moisture and condensation from entering the wall cavity.

Specify Emshield® WFR for the added life safety assurance of built-in UL 2079 fire rating (Consult Sika Emseal for available sizes).

Specify Seismic Colorseal® for the added benefit of a watertight system (Consult Sika Emseal for available sizes).
