New or retrofit, stadium expansion joints must ensure continuity of seal, must integrate with waterproofing membranes, provide fire protection, and handle expected thermal and seismic movements through planar as well as transitions in plane and direction, while ensuring pedestrian and traffic loads are properly accommodated. The new Highland Stadium for the NFL Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, NY will deploy a complete suite of structural expansion joint sealing solutions featuring Emseal® and Wabo® products from Sika Emseal.
